Firehall Day at the Track

Running Time: 240 mins

Firehall Day at the Track, an afternoon of fun, food, and community at Hastings Racecourse on Sunday, June 25 from 1-5pm. It’s been a busy season. Let’s get together to relax, socialize, and have fun (and maybe even win big on a horse race).

This is a free event with an option to make a donation to the Firehall.

Space is limited, so RSVP soon to avoid missing out. Please only reserve tickets if you plan on attending and refrain from sharing the link.

On the day of the event, we will be stationed in a marquee tent. Enter through the West Gate of the racecourse grounds, where we will have food, drinks, betting terminals, and a view of the race track.

Complimentary burgers, hot dogs, salads, and desserts will be provided with gluten-free and vegetarian options available (we'll be in touch about dietary restrictions). There will also be a cash bar available. Bring cash if you'd like to enjoy an alcoholic drink, bet on the races, or buy 50/50 tickets!

We’re Grateful to Be Here.

The Firehall Arts Centre is located on the unceded and traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) First Nations where they lived and gathered together for thousands of years. Acknowledging their connections to these lands is a significant part of what the Firehall considers when choosing the productions and presentations we undertake and how that work shapes and impacts those around us. We ask our community to reflect on what being present here means to you and those around you.
