HOW DO PASSES WORK?

The Firehall Arts Centre offers two different types of passes: 4 Show Passes and 4 Ticket Flex Passes. These are valid for use at any show in the Firehall season, excluding rental productions.

A 4 Show Pass allows one patron to see four different shows.

A 4 Ticket Flex Pass is essentially a bulk ticket pack, which patrons can divide as they see fit (whether it’s 2 tickets to 2 shows or 4 tickets to 1 show).

Passes expire at the end of each season on June 30th.

BOOKING USING A PASS:

Passes can be redeemed on the phone, via e-mail, or using our online ticketing system.

To redeem your pass by phone/e-mail, just select your desired dates & times and either give us a call (604-689-0926) or e-mail boxoffice (at) firehallartscentre.ca with your choices. Someone from our box office team will be happy to assist you!

Redeeming your pass online is also straightforward—click here for a PDF with instructions on how to book tickets using your pass. This can be done using our online ticketing system.

IF YOUR PLANS CHANGE

If you will miss a performance, give us a call. We’ll put the ticket back on your pass to be used at a future date. Please note that we will not provide exchanges for performances that have already occurred—we need 24 hours’ notice prior to the start time of the performance.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

This is an easy way to give someone a dollar amount of your choosing to be used towards any of our productions. We recommend selecting a dollar amount that reflects our ticket prices (eg. $25/$40, or $50/$80). Gift certificates can be purchased over the phone at 604-689-0926 during regular box office hours (Monday-Friday, 9:30am-5:00pm).

SEATING CHART

Planning ahead? Here’s a graphic map of the Firehall’s standard 136-seat layout. Please note that our theatre has flexible seating and this configuration may be altered for specific shows, depending on their technical requirements.

We’re Grateful to Be Here.

The Firehall Arts Centre is located on the unceded and traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) First Nations where they lived and gathered together for thousands of years. Acknowledging their connections to these lands is a significant part of what the Firehall considers when choosing the productions and presentations we undertake and how that work shapes and impacts those around us. We ask our community to reflect on what being present here means to you and those around you.
